Dr. M. Fatah Ullah Khan is a National Coordinator/Program Leader of Small Ruminant Research Program of Animal Sciences Institute at National Agricultural Research Center, Islamabad, Pakistan. He graduated in Veterinary Sciences from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan and received his Masters in Animal Nutrition in 1981 from the same university. He obtained his PhD degree in Animal Sciences from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, USA in 1989. He authored and co-authored more than 55 publications in Journals and proceedings. He participated in the National and International forums and presented his research work. He is the author of a book entitled Sheep and Goat Production in Pakistan, written in local language. His research interest is in the field of small ruminants with emphasis on mutton and milk production. He is also involved with the shepherd community for establishment of small ruminant farms in their respective ecological zones.
