Di HRC, kami memfokuskan kepada 4 bidang ini:

Advanced building materials such as cementitious material, sustainable concrete, advanced composite materials, lightweight aggregates and green waste materials.	Building system including Industrialised Building Systems (IBS), smart homes, and energy efficient buildings.
3) Numerical	4) Housing Design and Planning
Modelling and analysis of housing structures or components using finite element method.	Architecture, urban planning and design, housing studies and emergency response shelters.
