Guided by Vision, Mission and Quality Policy of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), as well as the Vision and Mission of Thirteenth College, it is yearned that Thirteenth College and its residents will progress academically, in personality and identity and therefore achieve the expected Vision and Mission.
