ABOUT US
Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP) was established from the merger of the Institute of Biocomposites and the Rain Forest Academy, following the Research University status awarded to UPM in January 2007. INTROP consists of three laboratories, Laboratory of Sustainable Bioresource Management (BIOREM), Laboratory of Biocomposites Technology (BIOCOMPOSITE), and Laboratory of Biopolymers & Derivatives (BADs).
